If you are not completely satisfied with a product you may return it along with a copy of your receipt within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be in new condition to receive a refund. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. When returning a product make sure it is properly packaged so it will not get damaged during shipment. Products returned damaged will not receive a refund. If a planner is returned at the end of the season there will be a $5 re-stock fee. Custom punched planners cannot be returned.
Please note that our products do not meet USPS media mail requirements and must be sent first class, parcel or priority mail.
Exchanges will incur a re-ship fee. Fees will vary according to the order and where it is going. Please contact us about an exchange before you send it as we may be sold out of the item you wish to exchange for.
**If you have a defective product please contact us right away at hello@catholicdailyplanner.com so that we can fix the problem. It is helpful to send images of the damage in case we need to make a claim with the carrier. Please DO NOT return a defective product until you hear from us. Defective products returned without authorization will NOT be refunded return shipping costs.**
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your shipping address is current. We ship to the address that we are given and cannot be responsible for shipping items to a wrong address.
